Having somewhat of an iconic status within the downtown residential communities, our client saw tremendous value in pursuing the rebirth of the lobby and common area spaces of the complex. It was truly an exciting and evolving process with captivating results. Respecting the existing architectural statements with luminous enhancement to command the respect they deserved was the cornerstone of our concept and approach. Spatial qualities and volumes that previously had gone almost unnoticed were now newly realized with detailing honed to compliment and express their presence.
