Multi-Residential
When introduced to the Calgary skyline, the Odyssey Condominiums in the mid 70’s were a bold and exciting new statement for multi-residential projects. Boasting unprecedented design elements the complex offered apartment style units with minimal shared walls and seemingly endless floor to ceiling curved glass. All still very desirable elements today however the interiors fell short. Harnessing the truly captivating potential of the space defined the design challenge. Our approach completely transformed the tired, uninspired, hallway laden layout. Luminous qualities of light and spaciousness were subtly expressed while the design details embraced all the demands of technology and executive comforts. Finishes were selected for their honed qualities of serenity while enhancing the newly unveiled spatial qualities and flow within the space.
